Elizabeth was born and raised in North Carolina. It was only after attaining a “rocket science” degree that she realized there wasn’t an aerospace industry there. She reluctantly packed her things and set off for Maryland to work for the Navy. She has been here ever since, except for six very  long years in Mississippi.

She still works for the Navy. She spends the rest of her time volunteering with Crosswalk Youth as a small group leader, teacher, organizer of things and sort-of technical person. She is also enrolled at Asbury Theological Seminary, pursuing a degree in Christian Education. She isn’t sure what she is going to do with that degree, but has the confidence that God will let her know as soon as she really needs to know.

Elizabeth’s passion is to help people, especially young people, explore your faith, know what you believe and who you are as a result. She wants you to discover the peace in your life that can come from walking with Christ.

Elizabeth likes to take pictures, make slideshows, ride her bicycle, and make crafty things out of fabric and paper. She recently discovered that she is really bad at crocheting. She likes corny jokes, thinks that middle school kids are some of the most fun people to hang out with, and she doesn’t sleep all that much.
