You know your child better than anyone else. Your help and support are critical components to the success of the ministry of CrossWalk Youth. Parents offer us insight and wisdom. Parents pray for our leaders, our teens, and our ministry. They shop for us, cook for us, help out on Sunday nights, and chaperone special events.
In 2007-2008 parents supported a variety of special events. We camped together and attended a music festival. We traveled to Philadelphia and attended “Revolve”. We fasted together and raised thousands of dollars for World Vision. We went to DC and cleaned the parks and Anacostia Watershed. We worked long days in the mountains of West Virginia as we repaired roofs, porches, and floors. Most of all, we worshipped together and witnessed the power of God at work in our lives and the lives of others.
